Procedures

 Everyone gives 1/3 of one party per year. The three names are equal partners. They are a team. The team decides where the social is held, and all share in the costs and the cooking. Teams may stay together for a few years and take turns using each of their homes or they may work out a deal where a second use of a home requires the owner to cook or to pay less. No home is too small. Beach parties or block parties are good alternatives. If one of the team members will be absent, it is preferable that that member switch dates with someone else. They may also choose to cook in advance and to pay the others on their team.

 We will have an "RSVP-by" date for socials so the party givers  have enough time to prepare. Please have someone from your group tell the Croquet Club secretary where the social will be held several weeks in advance.
