Evening Socials

1.The host, co-host and food committee are assigned by the Social Chairperson. 

a.Those four people plan the menu for the social.

b. All are responsible for contributing food for the party.

c.The host and co-host split the cost of the paper goods and beverages.( These typically include red and white wine, gin, scotch, vodka, beer, soft drinks and set-ups.) The Social Chairperson will provide information on the amount of beverages used in the past.

2  .Two weeks before the party:

a.      Plan menu

b.     E-mail secretary so he or she can send out information on the scrambler at the same time as the following information on the party:date, time and theme of the party as well as RSVP information

3. The day of the party: co-host and food committee members help with the host with set-up,serving, bartending, and clean-up.

1.     After the party:  the host lets the Social Chairperson know the amount of beverages consumed.
