May Golf Croquet Tournament 

Please signup by April 30.

 

      The Social will be held on May 1st at the Boozell's.

      John May will be the tournament director. The tournament will start on May 2nd and end with the finals and awards lunch on the 4th.  

Matches will take place on Friday and Saturday at 9, 10:30, 1:00 and 2:30. Finals will be on Sunday morning. 
 

Except for Sunday's Awards Luncheon, if you don't care for any of the lunch choices, you may still attend the lunch and order from the menu. In this case next to "The number of my choice is" select "0."  Those not playing in the tournament are welcome to attend the lunches and the Awards lunch.

Please indicate your name and preferences in the form below.  A separate submission is required for each person.

Once preferences are selected, please click on "Submit." If the submission is successful you will get the message: "Form Confirmation" with the details of your submission.

If you get a screen asking you for a password, your information has not been successfully recorded.  This has been an occasional problem with the ISP.  In this case please wait for an hour and submit again.  If the second submission is unsuccessful, please e-mail your information bhicroquet@bellsouth.net, or call John or Sheila at 454-0465 with your information.
