Social Chair

1.     Set dates for the monthly socials after the Tournament Chairperson has prepared the Annual Calendar.

2.     Get hosts, co-hosts, and two food committee members for each social. Care should be taken to include everyone.  Ideally, each club member should host or co-host only once before being asked to do so again.          ( Members with smaller homes can act as co-hosts or arrange to host a party at someone else’s home.)

3.     Three weeks prior to each social send the host information on beverages consumed that month last year and a reminder of co-host and food committee.

4.     Keep records of who has hosted, who has served on food committees and beverage consumption for each social.
